Excellent customer service from Lisa! A parcel was sent 1st class by mistake. It needed to be sent Special Delivery, so that it was insured. I called in to stop the parcel being sent out, but it had unfortunately already been sent. Lisa went out of her way to track the parcel down and have it delivered back to the post office! This took most of the day and she even called me consistently to update me. Great customer service from a small post office (I live in London). She had it sent out Special Delivery for me a requested! Unexpected excellent customer service!

Great Post Office, lots of interesting things to buy. In response to the lack of Passports mentioned above - Lakeneheath PO has NEVER offered Passport renewal. They do well in this difficult business climate.

It was good along time ago now.it's not really a post office. it's everything crammed in one Place. they don't even have passport applications so I think it would be more beneficial to make the post office the post office and leave it there
