Centre parcs have been fantastic, after a small hiccup on arrival, their customer service has been second to none, we will be back again next year, as we have been coming for over 20years.
Had an early book in but sent me in the wrong direction got snarled in traffic. Took 2 requests to get my money back
It was very busy but the volume of people were worked through at a reasonable rate.
The service is quick and helpful but the queue is a bit too long for waiting.
