Great time in Spa, very clean and staff very friendly. The little glass of Prosecco was a lovely touch.Thank you will definitely go back.
I love this place! I came for my birthday! It's beautiful and so many rooms to choose from! When we went we also got given a cup with grapes and a cereal bar as well as a biscuit later on, and there were apples out as well.im please to see they still have this all available as its the little touches like this that make it great. It's also lovely to see the staff Folding up people's robes and towels that they had tried to save places to sit on chairs, as obviously you can't do that, so it's really nice to see the staff making sure everyone can enjoy the facilities. The Sauna is wonderful -i really love that. They also have a Japanese Zen Garden too which was nice but very cold at this time of year. I also had a hot stone massage and a facial which were fabulous.The cafe that does the food also has soy milk! :) This makes me happy. Really decent food options to choose from as well. They also heat the floor in some parts which is good for people like me that always have cold feet. I will be visiting again as I've been coming here for years and I love it :)
Great place with much to do. Massage good too. To make perfect how about having wrist band that allows u to pay at point of service for restaurant rather than going to find card or cash in locker
It had a fresh look to it. And the chairs were much better And comfy. The whole place was so relaxing. The food was yummy too.
Love it! I've been a few times and will definitely keep returning. The staff are always friendly and polite. The facilities are top notch. But most importantly the spa is a dream, so many rooms to choice from and each one is unique with its own decor, smell and overall result. I left feeling totally relaxed and can't wait to go again!
