PERFECT fine china delicious cakes and sandwiches! Simple menu but everything is fresh and nicely done. Excellent lunch deal of drink, sandwich or toastie and homemade cakes for 6. Cakes are the best ever.
Tilly's Teafoom has a very basic menu which is mostly sandwiches . Clean but bit cluttered with dream catchers and an array of odds and sods .I was not overly impressed to be honest . There is no low background music and was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Therefore holding a conversation seemed difficult. I ordered a toasted sandwich and it was just that in a most basic sense. Very old furnishings and lack of feeling friendly didnt add to the visit either.
