Very impressed with the service. Despite being at capacity, we were dealt with in good time.Food was delicious as always.The only negative is the location; Pancake House's at other CenterParcs normally have a great view of the lake, but for some reason that delight has been bestowed upon the pottery painting establishment at Elveden.
Wonderful staff members, happy to help and efficient. However the restaurant is tired and drab. It doesn't look like it's been renovated in a long while. Such a fantastic idea, it's always a treat to have pancakes but unfortunately we were let down by the experience. The food we were presented with was bland and uninviting. "The farmers" pancake had little to no taste, the vegetables were clearly not fresh and perhaps from a bag. The small stack was a let down as the bacon was as tough as leather. However I was pleasantly surprised to see vegan options on the menu! Step in the right direction!
Amazing place. Food to die for. Great for lunch, dinner or even a treat. Good size portions. Went a few times.
This is a bit of a difficult one, there is not much wrong with the pancake house. My family love it and get really excited about going here. I do enjoy it, however i find some of their options available a little bit limited and i think its expensive for what we had.In my opinion portions are a little bit small too.However if you have a sweet tooth then this is the right place for you!Staff were very nice and i when my little boy knocked over his milkshake they replaced it free of charge. Which i thought was nice of them.
Food was amazing. Bit of a wait. And pancake was a little cold. Mentioned it to our waitress and she couldn't have done more. Even brought us a free drink over!! Great service. X
