We had a take away from here whilst we were on holiday in the area. The menu was great and we were extremely excited to try some of the unique dishes .However, when we arrived to pick it up we were informed one of the dishes was unavailable and we were offered a similar cheaper alternative but offered no money back or anything for the inconvenience. The food was incredibly bland. My vegetarian dish tasted more like gravy than a curry unfortunately and my husband's lamb alternative dish was not very good either unfortunately (he had ordered the lamb shank and he's not a huge Indian fan but this is something he always enjoys).

Yes it's a bit off the beaten track, but it's well worth the effort of finding it.I have been a regular visitor to this Restaurant since it opened as the Asghar.I have had the time to work my way through a good selection of the menu.I have only the greatest praise for the food, and the staff.Wednesday and Sunday are "Banquet" nights.You get:StarterMain courseRice Naan or ChappatiSide dishAll for 10quid, it's a real bargain of a night out.
Amazing food staff and a nice environment for families and couples.And the buffet night is a must.
