Rubbish - we have to visit monthly to collect my son's medication. We rarely get even an average level of service from the Pharmacist here. We have been lied to, misled, left waiting an age for medication, regularly given half filled prescriptions and have to go back for the remainder another day.
Wow! Went to pickup wife's prescription and told the lady I'd come back as I had to get the kids. She told me it's not be a minute so I waited. 28! Minuets it took and only half the prescription.....how long does it take to chuck stuff in a bag off a shelf! Apauling service truly.
I have found the staff to be helpful and courteous in the 2.5 years that I have lived near this store. They make sure I get my medications and know how to properly administer them. I appreciate their service.
If I could score this chemist zero I would! Not only is the service appalling, they never have in stock the stuff you need on the prescription, and if they do they only have half of it, so you're left going back again! The staff stand around gossiping which leaves customers waiting ages, and the pharmacist needs a crash course on politeness! Utterly useless as a chemist. AVOID THIS PLACE! It's awful!!
