Friendly staff, always have everything I want and in great place next to the car park so don't have far to walk with stuff.

was looking for a mobile phone for my husband i saw online. Managed to get the last one plus had money off. So happy.
Manager is totally out of her depth. When challenged over absurd decisions her only reaction is to kick you out of the store. She seems to have this idea that customers are liars and seek out to con the store. I'll stick to Wishaw where the staff apply common sense when dealing with customers, which incidentally, is what I did this evening, and they were happy to deal with my query -without making cloaked accusations. I'll never step foot in that store again.
