Phoned to register my wife as a new patient. Was told it would be at least a month for NHS but they could fit her in as private in 3 days. Chose private. Turned up and was not impressed. All the window frames were rotted out. Faded sign in the window advertising tooth "whitenning". Didn't bode well. Got in and was told her appointment was moved by 15 mins as they were busy. Was asked to fill in a patient health questionnaire that had been photocopied so many times it was barely legible. 30 minutes past the new appointment time I asked the receptionist if she had any idea how long the wait would be. I was told there were still 2 patients ahead of my wife so we decided to leave. No idea of the standard of treatment available because all the signs were of a practice overwhelmed and uncaring. We wont be making a new appointment.
I'm a very nervous patient and when I lost a filling I went to Brandon dental care. I hadn't been for 7 years. I have never seen such a lovely dentist he reassured me and for once I wasn't scared. So much so I will go for a check up
I lost my crown and I thought I lost my tooth I called this clinic and they were very kind to offer me appointment on the same day Friday afternoon at 500 pm . The dentist immediately restored my tooth and made me comfortable .. no pain.. he placed an excellent crown on the next appointment and I am very happy with it I am confident to recommend this practice to my friends and family
I had a severe pain in one of my teeth and when I attended my appointment I was made aware by Dr Saleh that I needed a filling, and any questions I needed answering were done so with confidence. Throughout the procedure I felt calm, rested and relaxed during the filling process, something which I thought I would never say! My dentist then made every step of the process clear to me, keeping me informed and this made a big difference to me. The Dentist worked professionally and efficiently, and everything was done so fast! I really felt that I was being looked after. Thank you so much for making me so relaxed and for the overall fantastic service I had received at Brandon Dental Care.
This dentist was recommended to me by a friend. I had my teeth whitened recently with a couple of black sliver fillings changed to white ones.. I am so happy with the results .. no pain with snow glazed teeth .. I highly recommend Dr Saleh of Brandon Dental Care.
